I will definitely use Red Roof Inn for my future travel needs Chase at the front desk has been very professional with accommodating al my needs everything early check in to all of my 100 questions customer service is everything to me came here after staying at a larger hotel chain that could get customer service guest relations skills from the Red Roof Inn

Check in was very quick and professional and she was very sweet!!! The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was very quiet!!! Overall if I ever go back through there again I would gladly stay there!!!

The young gentleman that checked me in was very professional and helpful. I needed a first floor room for health reasons and he was able to accommodate me.

Fast check-in.. room wasn't ready, tho. There were too many people just hanging around outside for my liking. The room was clean , and the beds were ok. It's was quiet, and I was able to sleep peacefully.

I liked everything here especially the staff especially Mr Saneel as he was the most professional and knowledgeable and helpful as he was there to help with every thing I asked as he took care of it in a very professional manner and did it quickly.

The room did not have a microwave, nor a refrigerator. We did not realize until the morning that there was no iron in the room and had to get dressed in wrinkled clothes. In order to get a frig and microwave, we had to change rooms and pay an additional price.

Such a peaceful secluded area. Beds were very soft and check out is 12pm Instead of 11am. The bathtub was also roomy.

They were very accommodating for me I had a family emergency and had to leave early and they helped me get out early credit me back my money I love the red roof inn
